These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Operator 100 membership program, operated by Studio Fly. By purchasing a membership or accessing program content, you agree to be bound by these terms.
"You" means the individual purchasing and using the membership. "We," "us," and "our" means Studio Fly.
Operator 100 is a monthly membership program that provides:
Your membership begins on the date of purchase. Access is granted via an invite email sent to the address you provide at checkout.
Operator 100 is billed at $297 per month, charged automatically on the same day each month from your purchase date.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your membership access will be suspended until the balance is resolved.
All prices are in US dollars.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@thestudiofly.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
When you cancel:
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of that billing period.
We offer a 7-day refund window from your initial purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the program within your first 7 days, contact us at hello@thestudiofly.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable. Cancellation after the 7-day window stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current or prior billing periods.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
All content inside Operator 100 — including playbooks, scripts, templates, frameworks, course material, and community content created by Studio Fly — is owned by Studio Fly and protected by copyright.
Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own studio operations. You may not:
You retain full ownership of any data, metrics, or business information you share within the program.
Operator 100 provides systems, frameworks, and accountability — but results depend on your consistent execution of the program actions.
We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or business results. Any results mentioned in testimonials or marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
Your results will depend on factors including your market, team, current business performance, how consistently you apply the program, and conditions outside our control.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve program content at any time. We may also adjust pricing for new members, with existing members receiving at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect on their account.
If we discontinue the program entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and refund any prepaid amounts for periods after the discontinuation date.
By joining Operator 100, you agree to use the program and community in good faith. You may not:
We reserve the right to terminate membership without refund for violations of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Fly's liability to you in connection with Operator 100 is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the program after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
